What you get

Severe weather, federal holidays, and road closures can push a pickup by a day or two. When that happens, we come back out the same week and post updates on Facebook so you know what to expect. Your bin doesn't sit until the following week.

Recycling & billing

Recycling is available as an add-on for $15–20 per month. Ask when you sign up. Monthly billing, paid in advance on the 25th. Pay through the town.

How do I sign up for residential pickup?
There are two paths. If you're on town water in Duplin or Jones County, your water department adds you to our route automatically when you turn on water service. You don't have to call us. If you're on a well or your home isn't tied to a town water account, call us directly and we'll add you to the next pickup. If you're not sure which applies to you, give us a call and we'll figure it out.
What size is the bin?
96-gallon roll-out bins. Plenty of room for a week's worth of trash for most households.
What happens if my trash doesn't get picked up on schedule?
We send someone out later that week with a pickup truck. You won't wait until the following week. Give us a call and we'll make sure it's handled.
Is recycling included in the base price?
No. It's an add-on at $15–20 per month, listed as its own line item. Ask when you sign up or call us and we'll add it.
